What reports are available?

Input Summary
This is a printout of the borrower information that you entered.

"What-if” Summary
This report saves the What-if options you select, allowing you to review and compare them, all on one page. No more scribbling things down or trying to remember what was what every time you change something.

Amortization Schedule
This report allows you to show the client the effect of pre-payments and payment increases in real-time.

Variable Rate Mortgage Advisor - Stay, Lock-in or Switch?
This report compares up to six mortgage options and instantly advises you which option will save your client the most money.

Pre-payment Summary
This report allows you to show the client the effect of pre-payments and payment increases to the amount of interest saved and the decrease to the outstanding balance of the mortgage.
